Small Meeting Room
Catering may be done and food brought in for your event.
Rental space is available at St. Matthew’s United Church for weddings, recitals, concerts, private parties, cooking classes or other classes.
Rates for renting any space more than one time can be negotiated.

the sanctuary has seating for at least 150; there is a Yamaha grand piano and a sound system
the kitchen is inspected by York Region Food Safety; it has 2 stoves, a triple sink in a large island; an industrial dishwasher and a pass-through window to the hall
the rate for the use of the kitchen does not include the use of utensils and appliances; these are available at extra cost, to be negotiated
the hall is a room that is approximately 1,400 square feet; there are tables and chairs for seating up to 100 depending on the seating configuration you require.
the small meeting room has an upright piano but has limited availability.
Rates are based on a 4 hour maximum including setup and clean-up.
A 50% deposit is requested at the time of booking. The remainder is due one month prior to the rental date.
For multiple use rentals, proof of liability insurance must be provided.
All renters must sign a “Conditions for Use” agreement and are expected to follow the terms of this agreement.
